More Thai music. On this LP, there are English letters, so I was at least able to get the names of the artists and the song names. There are also brief liner notes provided in English and provided below.
UPDATE (October 11, 2008): In the comments area, Peter translated the title of this LP which as you can see above is "pleng thai wong kromsinlapakon". The English translation is "thai songs by the fine arts department band".
Morning Overtures
This overture is played in the morning to pay homage to the deities.
Pleng Krabong Kan
This song is played during the transformation of the characters or while blessings are given.
Pleng Tra Nimit
This song is played while miracles are being performed in the Masked Play and Lakon.
Pleng Tra Non
This song is used as a lullaby in the Masked Play and Lakon.
Krao Ram
This song, played to accompany the expressions of delight and mockery in a drama, is also used as a conclusion of a ceremony or celebration.
Toy-Roob
This song, of Thai melody and Mon tonal inflection, is performed as a vocal solo.
Sunrise
This is a farewell song.
