We have posted electronic music on this blog dating all the way back to the first few weeks of this blog's existence so it may be about time that we posted something that explains electronic music such as this nifty educational record that was released sometime in the late 1960s. Bent explains the chopper, ring modulator, echo chamber, filtering and much more electronic music techniques and tools. There are also examples provided from the excerpts of recordings of compositions: Herbert Brün - Anépigraphe, Edgard Varèse - Poème électronique, Bulent Arel - Stereo Electronic Music No. 1, Luciano Berio - Momenti, György Ligeti - Artikulation, Francois Dufrene and Jean Baronnet - U47.
